Returns Policy

Loyal to the Game is a custom clothing company and most of our items are made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, colour, or for change of mind.

Please check our size guides carefully and contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.

We will, of course, look after you if there is a problem with your order. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at info@loyaltothegame.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We do not accept returns for items ordered in the wrong size, colour or buyers remorse.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
