How long does it take for my order to be produced?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of placing your order. The shipping time depends on your location, also note that during our peak periods the fulfilment time can increase slightly.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have the package

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at your local post office, get in touch with us at contact@loyaltothegame.com with your order number.

What's your return policy?

Sorry, we do not offer returns or exchanges at this time, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental impact. That's why we offer a print on demand service for all of our products. This means that when you place an order, it is printed specifically for you, which helps us cut back on extra inventory and waste in warehouses. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we will do our best to make sure you receive a high-quality product. We understand that mistakes can happen, if there is something wrong with your order for example it is damaged, misprinted or faulty please let us know by contacting us at contact@loyaltothegame.com

 If i receive the wrong item or if it is damaged/misprinted/faulty what should i do?

Mistakes can occasionally happen, we request a photo showing the incorrect item, damage or misprint within 7 days, once received a replacement will be shipped free of charge to you.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you're unsure which size would fit better, check out our size guide next to each product.

Will I be charged customs for my order? 

An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. The fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
