How long does it take for my order to be produced?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving your order. Each item is made-to-order, which means it's printed especially for you once you complete your purchase.

This approach allows us to avoid unnecessary stockpiling, reduce waste, and stay committed to sustainability.

Shipping times depend on your location, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been fulfilled.

⚠️ During busy periods (like holidays or special drops), fulfilment times may increase slightly — we appreciate your patience and support.

 

My order should be here by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

We get it — waiting isn’t easy. If your order seems delayed, try these steps before reaching out:

- Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no mistakes in your delivery address.

- Ask your local post office if they’re holding a package for you.

- Look around your property or with neighbours to see if it was left in a safe place.

If everything seems correct and your item still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@loyaltothegame.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have the package

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at your local post office, get in touch with us at info@loyaltothegame.com with your order number.

 

What’s your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. Because each item is made-to-order, returning products would go against our values of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

That said, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is:

- Damaged

- Misprinted

- Faulty

Please email info@loyaltothegame.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll get a replacement sent to you free of charge.

 

What if I receive the wrong item, or my product is damaged, misprinted, or faulty?

If something’s off with your order, we’ll make it right.

Please send an email to info@loyaltothegame.com with the following details within 7 days of delivery:

- A photo of the issue (e.g., damage, misprint, incorrect item)

- Your order number

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

 

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer size or colour exchanges due to our made-to-order model.

Can I track my order?

Yes! As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
