When you place an order with us, it is printed especially for you, which helps us reduce excess inventory and waste in warehouses. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@loyaltothegame.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
